Returns & Refund Policy
At Craft3d Creations, we take pride in creating high-quality personalised keepsakes. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us at hello@craft3dcreations.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund of the product purchase price
If a return is required, we will cover return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email hello@craft3dcreations.com.au.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty or damaged)
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
