Do they need assembling?
Every creation prints fully assembled with articulated joints (magic right!). This means that they don't requrie any assembly and are ready to go right out of the box. Just pick your new friend up and fall in love!
How durable are the products?
Every creation is meticulously created and quality checked. Before shipping, every articulation joint is tested for ease of movement and strength. Like John West, it's the creations that we reject, that make us the best.
Keep in mind that the smaller the creature, like our small (60%) babies, the more delicate the joints are. For fidgeting purposes, the larger designs (100% babies or adults) are recommended as their joints are much larger and are incredibly strong.
We us PLA, which is a very stable material, and so it is quite resistant to chemicals such as acetones or alcohols. Very powerful solvents such as dichloromethane are required to dissolve PLA, so everyday chemicals will not effect them in the least.
What are the products made from?
Our products are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a durable, lightweight material derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane.
It’s eco-friendly and biodegradable under industrial conditions, making it a sustainable choice.
PLA is strong enough for everyday use, with a smooth finish that gives our creations their vibrant, polished look.
While it’s perfect for indoor use, it’s best to avoid exposing it to high heat or prolonged direct sunlight, as it can lose its shape over time. This material helps us create high-quality, beautiful designs while caring for the planet.
How long does it take to process an order?
Unlike other stores, we DO NOT print to order. All of our products are printed, quality checked, wrapped and ready for delivery.
You can expect your shipping label to be created the same day that you order and your order will be in the mail at 7am, the next business day.
All orders are sent via Australia Post - Parcel Post or Express Post, depending on the shipping option that you select.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
